We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Chartered Accountant to join our India office in Noida. This role will focus on managing financial operations, compliance, and accounting activities for our organization, ensuring adherence to statutory regulations and supporting strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with strong accounting expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indian statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings).
• Coordinate with auditors and manage internal and statutory audit processes.
• Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights for cost optimization and process improvement.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, reports, and ensure timely submission to management.
• Support cross-functional teams with financial guidance on business initiatives, contracts, and investments.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI (India).
• Proven experience of 3+ years in accounting, taxation, company law and financial management, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
